A signed contract and paid retainer are required to secure your wedding date. Availability is not held until both are received. Wedding contracts and confirmations for the upcoming bridal season are sent out each January, so if you've inquired further in advance, your confirmation will follow that timeline.

Travel & Mileage
Mileage is billed at $1.50/km, calculated one way from Craik, Saskatchewan. Wedding locations more than 175 km from Craik require hotel accommodations, arranged and confirmed as part of your booking. Full travel and mileage details are outlined on the Pricing page.
no-show POLICy
Appointments missed without notice will be charged 100% of the service booked.
Late Arrival
Please plan to arrive on time for trials and special event appointments. Arrivals more than 10 minutes late without prior communication may need to be rescheduled and may be subject to a late fee of an additional $50.
Refunds
Due to the personalized, time-based nature of hairstyling services, refunds are not offered. If you're unhappy with any part of your service, please let us know at the time of your appointment so it can be addressed.

You may request access to, or correction of, the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us.
Your access:
We ask for a minimum of 14 days notice for special event appointment cancellations. Wedding retainers are non-refundable, as your wedding date is held exclusively for you and no other bookings are accepted for that date once confirmed. If you cancel your wedding booking within 30 days of your scheduled wedding date, the full contract amount becomes immediately due and payable, regardless of whether the services are ultimately used. This includes any remaining balance owing under the contract, in addition to the non-refundable retainer already paid. Cancellations made more than 30 days before the wedding date may be subject to the terms outlined in your contract.
CANCELLATION POLICy
Personal information is kept only as long as needed to fulfill your booking and any legal or accounting requirements, and is deleted or securely archived afterward.
Retention:
Solely to respond to your inquiry, plan and deliver your booked service, and communicate with you about your appointment. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.
